Consisting of both residences and commercial typologies, One Alam Jaya is one of the earliest masterplanning project undertaken by us.

One Alam Jaya is located in Puncak Alam, one of the rural township areas located at the outskirts of Selangor. As this small township progresses with new developments and grows in residential population, a new district emerges and the need of modern neighborhood encourages our company to partake in designing a new identity in the heart of Puncak Alam.
