The design of the four-storeys office block with an integrated warehouse is driven by the principles of security, functionality, and modern aesthetics. The front facade, characterized by expanded mesh mitigates direct sunlight, creating a more comfortable environment for occupants. The ground floor showroom features a striking double-volume space, where the interplay of raw cement flooring and crisp white walls is complemented by warm timber grain cabinetry, fostering sense of warmth.

The exposed ceiling, paired with strategically placed perforated cable tray, ensure ease of maintenance while contributing to the building's industrial charm. This design approach seeks to create a simple yet modern atmospheres, striking a balance between functionality and a cozy environment. ​The design extends across the second and third floors, which are dedicated to office environments. A striking feature staircase, illuminated by a lightwell, connects the levels, enhancing the spatial experience and bringing natural light deep into the building.

Ultimately, this office block is envisioned as a space that promotes collaboration and innovation, reflecting the dynamic nature of contemporary work culture.
