The existing bungalow was designed purely on the functional and practicality requirements. It was the then owner whom intention was to improve the design of the master bedroom and its attached bathroom in the beginning when the bungalow was it was already completed. The said owner's dream has been delayed for almost 20 years until we decided to engage in this remodelling project.

Our main objective is to create an iconic identity to the rather mundane existing facade, providing a modern treatment as well as improving the spatial quality of the interior. This includes a new high ceiling and the addition of balcony spaces to form a new face for the house.
